Photoshoots

I offer photoshoots for women, men, coulpes, or whaterver configuration you are our see yourself as. Please find below the different concepts I work in – but that does not mean I strictly limit myself to these concepts. Other ideas are welcome, as long as they can be aligned with my general style and esthetic.

General info

Location

I focus on studio and outdoor shoots. Living in Belgium, the opportunities for the latter are not always that numerous. But it might work. For the former, I have my own studio (Herenthout) but specific locations, or even in the comfort at your own home is possible.

Duration and price

A photoshoot is usually about 2h of shooting, so assume the whole proces takes 2h30. This is plenty of time for 3-4 outfits / concepts / light setups, as well as upfront discussions on the type of pictures you’re after. If you don’t have a specific idea in mind, that’s okay. I have lots of ideas and concepts to work with.

Pack 1: €575 – VAT included. For this, you’ll get:

• the 2h shoot / 2h30 for the whole proces
• at least 12 pictures (more in case of an exceptional good result) free from watermark

This assumes a studio shoot, or an outdoor shoot les than 10km away from Herenthout

Pack 2: €700 – VAT included. For this, you’ll get:

• a 3h shoot / 3h30 for the whole proces. Assume 5 – 6 outfits / concepts / light setups
• at least 18 pictures (more in case of an exceptional good result) free from watermark

Pack 3: €850 – VAT included. For this, you’ll get:

• a 5h shoot / 6h for the whole proces – breaks included. Assume 7 – 8 outfits / concepts / light setups
• at least 25 pictures (more in case of an exceptional good result) free from watermark

Pack 4: €1.250 VAT included. For this, you’ll get:

• a full day of my time (max 10h) in which we can do multiple locations, combine indoor and outdoor shoots, work on specific concepts, ideas and images. This is more of a ‘creative collaboration around pictures’ in which we can explore concepts and ideas.
• Depending on how many sets we do, you can assume we’ll get 30 to 50 pictures, free from watermark.

Not included are:

• travel costs
• renting another studio / shoot location / …
• other costs specific to the shoot

There is no fixed price for the non-included costs, this is all based on the case at hand.

General remarks

• The pictures you get are the ones that I selected as the best ones. These are the ones you’ll get, and consider all other pictures ‘lost’. Trust me, I want to maximise the output for me as well.
• You get the pictures in 4k resolution
• Editting takes usually around 2 weeks, but this can vary. Discuss upfront if you need them faster.
• Print are available. The choice for mat or glossy finish is determined by the picture, so I’ll pick the option that suits the image the best. Shipment costs apply.
  • 10x15cm – €10/piece
  • a4 format – €35/piece
  • a3+ format – €65/piece

Payment

When the shoot is confirmed, 40% of the total price is due, no later than 14 days prior to the shoot. The remaining 60% of the price is due on the moment of the shoot, before the actual shoot starts. Payments possible: wire transfer, cash, cards.
